Netflix App button on AF9

How can the black bars on the Netflix picture using the Netflix app button be removed as the information settings within the app does not allow for picture size change and when changing the picture size on the TV settings this does not apply to the Netflix app.

I want to try and do this to avoid getting burn in using Netflix ?
