Sony Bravia makes a high pitched noise when changing from SD channels to HD channels

Hi, I just got a new Sony Bravia TV and I noticed that every time I change from a SD channel to a HD channel the TV makes a very short high pitched noise. The sound is a bit like a dog whistle but very sharp and high pitched.

Can anyone help solve this please.
