Sony KD-55S8505C 2k euro worth tv with 5 dead pixels, still not warranty case?!

Buying Sony devices we all are thinking about quality, but as I see, Ive made a terrible mistake buying Sony devices, cause no warranty service at all... Bought a tv for 2k euros + sound bar + ps4 and what do I have? 5 dead pixels on tv - warranty rejected, (no defect found was written in the warranty document) no sound sync on sound bar - warranty service can't find defect... Had plans for buying one more tv for Christmas but I doubt itll be sony tv with such a terrible quality and warranty support... I would like to know what is Sony pixel policy?

Well I guess my warranty will end up while Ill be waiting till someone will contact me...
