topic Post Update v3.925 Freeview Channels Breaking Up in Android TV

Came home from work and my KD49X8309C had updated itself? It was working fine before this update but now everything appears to work apart from Digital Freeview. ALL channels are continually breaking up and the message saying no signal frequently displays. I have carried out a reset, re-tuned and used a tested aerial connection but still happening. Netflix, Youtube, BBC iPlayer etc all work fine. Fortunately I have an old Sky dish connected so at least I can see watch Freeview. So what has happened?

Hi @Spider5445,

Have you already done a factory reset? If so, please also do a power cycle reset (details for both, here).

If this doesn’t help, I recommend that you get in touch with Support so they can assist you with this one (details here).

Cheers,

C
