Webcam missing

I have a VPCCB3P1E laptop with built in camera.  My system had to be reset back  because of trojans, now I can't get the webcam to work.  I have looked in the system management and it is not there.  Can anyone help me on how to restore the webcam.

Hi woodentop1,

Try the following.

Open Device Manager and expand USB controllers.

Delete all in the tree and then reboot. Windows will reinstall all controller drivers and hopefully the camera will then be recognised.
