Can I add memory to a Vaio VGN-BX51XP ?

Hi,

I have a Vaio VGN-BX51XP with 2GB of memory. As it runs like a dog, I thought I'd add more memory, but the product specification page on the Sony site says that the maximum memory is 2GB. Is that really the case?
